Second, You will need a good waffle fry cutter
Tip: The flavor of rice in waffles is far superior to wheat.
So use a cup of leftover cooked rice and pulse it in a blender with an egg, 1 tablespoon of canola oil, and enough milk .
Add salt, baking soda and baking powder and mix together.
If the batter is too thin add 1-2 tablespoon of coconut flour.
Preheat the waffle iron and brush a few drops of oil on the plates, then fill with batter.
Allow about 4 minutes and they will be nicely browned.
